Source: bluffed.netTwo players claim half-million dollar payouts in five way chop This year's Pokerstars SCOOP online poker tournament main event is over, with Finnish pro Sami Lrslzk Kelopuro taking the honours in an exciting finish that involved a five way chop. The chop resulted in five substantial six figure paychecks for Kelopuro ($504 691) and German player Tagult ($540,125); StigR from Norway ($390,000); altiFC of Germany ($369,581); and Norway's danskemann ($430,002). Other final table players included Toby "810ofclubs" Lewis from the UK; Dutchman GotURead; Swedish player el_klonkador and Hernan "HN Kakaroto" Novick from Uruguay. The $10 300 buy-in for the event generated a prize pool well above the guarantee at $3.8 million when 380 entrants stepped up to register, delivering big main prizes and cashes for the last 45 players to go out. The heads up between Kelopuro and Tagult of Germany took almost 48 hours to reach, but then Kelopuro despatched his opponent relatively quickly. The event attracted many big names in poker, including Viktor Blom, Liv Boree, Joe Hachem, Nacho Barbero and Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier.
