MPN DEAL WITH INITIAL REWARDS

Customer reward system available to MPN operators

The Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) has entered into an agreement in principle with iGaming loyalty product firm Initial Rewards.

Under the terms of the deal, London-based Initial Rewards will be authorised to service MPN operators with loyalty store reward programmes with a view to enhancing their player's experience and increasing customer retention.

Lydia Melton, head of network games at Microgaming, comments: Loyalty stores have been proven as a powerful player retention feature and we are excited about the opportunity to work with Initial Rewards in providing them to our operator base. The MPN caters to a diverse range of clients, from large publicly listed companies, to smaller operators in niche and regional markets. By partnering with Initial Rewards at a network level we are able to offer loyalty stores to all our operators and we are delighted to enhance our offering to our customers.
