MINIMUM 15 000 PLAYERS TO MAKE ISPT HAPPEN (Update)

Ambitious project can accommodate up to 30 000 players

Bernard Tapie's 2025 International Stadiums Poker Tour's (ISPT), now scheduled for 31 May to 6 June 2025, must register 15 000 players to go ahead and is able to accommodate 30 000 players in total.

CARDROOM BACK FOR A BITE OF FULL TILT

Laying claim to Full Tilt's software

InfoPowa readers will recall a report on software company Cardroom International (CI) who towards the end of last year laid legal claim to $30 million of the contents in the five bank accounts related to the Black Friday indictments. At the time CI felt the company was blocked from licensing its software to major media companies by the actions of PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker who dominated the media with advertising and airtime buys pre-Black Friday.

Heller accuses Reid of political agenda

The political relationship between Nevada Senators Harry Reid and Dean Heller (Democrat and Republican party members respectively) worsened over the weekend when Heller claimed in an interview that Reid was more interested in supporting fellow Democrat, Rep. Shelley Berkley in her bid for Heller's senatorial position than he was in passing the online poker legalisation bill at the heart of the row (see previous reports).
