Zynga has updated its popular iOS platform poker app by including a facility that secures the user's chip stack in case of an Internet outage.
Zynga Poker iOS 8.2 allows users to choose a 5 or 9-person poker table or jump straight into a tournament, and has over 6 million users on a daily basis, increasing the risk of occasional connectivity issues. The new Disconnect Protection function now saves chip stacks and winnings if this happens.
Localisation for international poker fans has also been improved with better language translations.
