Bankruptcy proceedings opened against Full Tilt Poker.fr's REKOP Ltd on January 18, 2025 with the appointment of PriceWaterhouseCoopers was followed by a request from the liquidator on behalf of the company for the repeal of its ARJEL licence which has been granted by the French gambling authority.
The public advisory said the decision to repeal REKOP Ltd's licence should not affect the right to repayment of the many French players with outstanding funds on the website.
