Online poker remains the main focus

Insider leaks earlier this week that Full Tilt Poker is to expand its offering with the addition of online casino gambling (see previous report) have been confirmed by FTP owners The Rational Group.

In a company statement Tuesday the company commented:

The Rational Group intends to expand our product offering to include casino style games on Full Tilt Poker.

While adding new games, we remain committed to building our leadership in poker with PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker and continuing to deliver the highest quality poker experience to players.

These new games on Full Tilt will provide more gaming options with the same high quality player experience, integrity, security, safety and support that players have come to expect from our brands. PokerStars will continue to offer a poker-only experience.

The statement did not reveal which software provider or providers have been selected to power the forthcoming casino action.

Full Tilt Poker itself announced that it is to sponsor the 17-event, Cdn$1 million guaranteed main event at the FTP Montreal Festival, scheduled for the Playground Poker Club in Kahnawake close to Montreal over 13 days commencing September 21 2025.
